Dmitry Volkov (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an investor and thinker. He founded Social Discovery Group, an multinational digital enterprise with primary location in Malta, and partially owns Dating Group.
In 2016, he created the SDG Arts & Science Foundation.
He has obtained a PhD in philosophical science and co-founded the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Scholarly Department of Moscow State University.
